How to Use Online Help

  1. Choose the Product you want to explore from the list above

  2. Login or Sign Up for an Account. The sign up button is a blue link in the bottom left hand corner.

  3. Choose a specific product version using the dropdown menu on the top left hand side of the screen next to the product name.

  4. Search using natural language with AI or use keywords by typing in the search box on the upper right hand side of the screen.

  5. In the Search pop up window, you can choose to filter on the current software version, or 'search all content' for that product.

  6. Type in your query and press the down area to highlight your question, then hit enter. Or simply click the question below the text input.

  7. Use the table of contents on the left hand side (desktop) to navigate. On Mobile, use the hamburger menu in the upper left hand corner to open the table of contents.

  8. Give us feedback on whether or not an article was useful (desktop only) by clicking the happy, sad, or neutral emoji faces on the right hand side

  9. Export any page to PDF for printing or offline use, by clicking the export to PDF button on the right hand side
